What kind of photo works best?

Choose a bright, sharp photo with the face clearly visible. Add full-body and side views when the outfit, hairstyle, pose, pet markings, or accessories are important.

Will I see the design before production?

Yes. We prepare a 3D model preview first. Physical production begins after the main design details are confirmed.

How long does a custom piece take?

Most orders target 3-10 production days after details are confirmed. Complex multi-person designs may need additional time.

Can you make a person and pet together?

Yes. Choose Person + pet in the configurator and upload clear references for both. You can also choose a couple pose or two separate people.

What material do you use?

Each piece is produced as a detailed 3D print, refined in the studio, and finished by hand. Final materials and finish may vary with size and design requirements.

Do you ship to the United States?

Yes. Orders are packed for international delivery and shipped with tracking when available. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Can you create copyrighted characters?

We focus on authorized personal photos and original character treatments. We do not reproduce protected characters or celebrity likenesses without permission.
